I found 10 pairs of these trucks mixed in with a friends collection I have never seen this type of truck Does anybody know who made these They have metal wheels and Axels The truck sides bolster and coupler are all one piece The coupler is fixed

Perhapse Amt kusan? The clue is that vertical plastic at the end of the coupler.
I think they are Williams, Kusan lineage. Kusan trucks would have plastic wheels. Williams used metal.
Definitely early Williams, a modified Kusan truck with metal postwar-style (flat rather than angled tread) wheelsets, and the dummy coupler minus the (uncoupling?) peg molded into the underside of the coupler head,. You can see the vestigial stub of the peg on the outer edge of the coupler opposite the 'knuckle'.
I think Andy Kriswalis used these on his KMT line of rolling stock which was based on the old Kusan molds.
Not sure if Frank's Roundhouse in Wilkes-Barre continued using these trucks when he took up and expanded the line.
