Yes, it would be nice to see a Vision Line engine that can navigate O31 curves.
And would half to be Conrail!
A UP Turbine
Sante Fe F3's.
Pennsy, T1 4-4-4-4, Buick
Yet another remake of a subject that's already been done to death!

A scout.
A scout.
With blowdown
I don't care as long as it's something I don't want! I still need to pay off my Big Boy.
A Pennsy K-4.
Brad
A scout with blowdown, whistle steam, dual speakers in the boiler and tender, depleting coal load, and works with a Lione Chief remote And Legacy. Oh and swinging bell whether it had one or not.
And a laser beam for a headlight
... I still need to pay off my Big Boy.
You and a bunch of other folks too!!! Which is why next year may be void of a Vision Line offering. Not saying there won't be other goodies that tempt you, but I'd be surprised to see Vision Line in 2015 -- at least not a locomotive. Rolling stock would be welcome though.

I thought we would've heard a 'rumor' or something from those of you attending York last fall. As far as I can tell here, that didn't happen.
I think I'm safe it won't be another UP steamer, at least I hope.
The Jawn Henery would be nice!
...keep the rails polished...
VL Coaling station to go along with depleting coal load.
It could be VL without costing an arm and a leg. I could go for a DIECAST SF F3 ABA with all the goodies that could be included. Don't need the passenger cars, there are thousands out there to satisfy everybody.
keep the price under $1200 and you have a winner.
All die-cast SD70ACe in the following liveries:
Union Pacific
BNSF
Norfolk Southern
Echoing David1's comments above, would also love a very high-end rendition of the Santa Fe F3 ABA consist.
an original SD70 would be nice in the NS Scheme

Maybe plastic f3s for 1200 ..If one diecast es44 was 850 and lionel has raised there prices look at the last catalog. Diecast f3s would be 1600 street price..
A conrail ac6000 die-cast moddel.
ATSF 2-10-4 Madame Queen
I have Vision Line tastes, but RailKing budget, so it won't do me much good no matter what it is.
We will know in February, probably.
I would hope for one of the following:
- ATSF A-B-B-A F3 set.
- Dreyfus Hudson
- ATSF 2900 series Northern
- Something scale but small, around the size of the MTH Premier 2-8-0.
But if it is interesting and I don't have one, I will probably buy it . . .
I hope it will be a ATSF F3 set!!

I would like to see Lionchiefplus type steam engines that are affordable and can be controlled with a Cab2.

I would say the Vision Line tends to favor steam engines. Lionel uses Vision Line to show off Gee Whiz features and Diesels tend not to be very Gee Whiz
The two Vision Line diesel engines so far are nice (I own them both) but a bit dull compared to the steam engines. Sure the flashing lights on the Hybrid are cool, but MTH has done that to death and that no longer is leading edge tech. The switchers with independent stacks is OK (when it works) but no "Gee Whiz"
The reason I mentioned the Turbine is that they could do transitions between the yard diesel motor and the Turbine at speed. Be cool to hear the jet roar. However the Turbines have been done a lot by MTH so that market may be full.
I don't think adding spinning fans and detail, which I am not sure what detail is missing from the latest F3's, is enough to support a Vision Line version. Then again hopefully Jon and Rudi prove me wrong

That's not the Vision Line, that is just something for the standard engine line to do.
I'm opting for the Pennsylvania B-6 0-6-0 Switcher or the Reading 4-8-4 T-1, since both have become huge parts of Lionel history and deserve a repeat run.
