I have run a WBB Katy Heritage, a 2245C and 15" AL TX SP cars!
The Ultimate?
N&W A and Y6b heading up 200+ coal cars on a 2% grade with the 2300 Steam Turbine Electric TE-1 in pusher duty bringing up the rear! It will have to be an all TMCC consist.

The NS OCS F-units (all four) with the NS Heritage Southern and N&W units teamed up.
Only have two PRR Gp7's from MTH at moment. I am hoping to complete it with a third and final road number whenever it comes up.
Now the Ultimate would be a WM Potomac lead and a WM Challenger shoving. Both will have to be on DCS of course.
Yeah I agree with what was said above already.
A N&W A and Y6b followed by a Y6b as a pusher would be killer. Especially if both engines were Legacy with Whistle steam!
I think the ultimate would be a Lionel Santa Fe 4-8-4 with a Lionel Santa Fe 2-8-4 right behind and a Lionel Santa Fe PA behind the steamers, pulling the Super Chief.
Two PRR J1 2-10-4's pulling a virtually unlimited number of coal cars being pushed by a third 2-10-4!!!!!
