I would like to know when additional Zypher passenger cars will be coming. It seems strange that the conductor's window Dome and the sleeper were shown then another batch of domed cars and 10/6 sleeper are coming. WHEN? I know what the Atlas release listing shows. I asked Atlas but they have chosen not to answer.
Can someone clear the water.

There are a large number of items that do not have a container shipping date on them even though they are late or supposed to be coming by December 2012.

Well that's never a good sign!
FWIW, a few weeks ago I stopped in at the LHS where I had preordered a set of CSX Gundersons due in 1Q2013. While chatting, the store owner mentioned that they'd heard word from Atlas-O that the 1Q2013 date was a VERY best-case scenario, but to realistically expect delivery of the Gundersons much later in the year.
Take it for what it's worth. Frustrating for sure. But it's very much business-as-usual nowadays. Chinese factories aren't exactly "waiting for work"... Rather it seems US companies that are no more than front-office operations now are essentially competing for dwindling windows of available factory production time overseas, and they're very much dictated to as to when stuff can get made -- and in some cases what the quantities will be. Not exactly what you'd call negotiating from a position of power, if you're sitting in a US office building and stuff is being produced half a world away. 
Well, it certainly looked good on paper to the suits and bean-counters that got us into this mess years ago.

I saw flyers for the 16-section sleeper & diner car but still nothing on their website. I think they put the conductor car on hold.
