Where can I buy traction tires for Lionel PA-1 diesels

I’ve got several of the early PA-1 diesels ( from around 2000, at least according to the dating on the instructions - Where does the time go?) whose traction tires need replacing. My MTH engines all have spares in the box. The Lionel engines do not. Where’s the best place to buy replacement rubber traction tires?

Ditto for my Lion King PRR 4-4-4-4.

Also, if anyone has any tips on installing the traction tires when I get them that would be greatly appreciated.

The diesels should use the standard 202-108 tire.
