I'm not certain of Tony's present whereabouts, but if nobody comes forward with helpful info before Monday, I'll do my best to get an e-mail or phone number for you.
It would be interesting to know what Tony's up to since many of us have visited his (former) layout in Capitol Heights, MD.

You might start by looking for his real name which is not Tony but Wilton.
