While not rare but new to me AF 762 from 1949-1950
. Some of my steamers don't have a whistle...this is the ticket. It has two tones with the second one created by a solenoid activated port on the whistle chamber. Very loud at 14 volts...sweet!!

Thanks Art. Here is my feeble attempt to hold the camera and operate the whistle. The track sound is loud at this angle.

Nope.
The image on the whistling billboard is a generalized (happy!!) clown face used in Ringling Bros. trade advertisements.
