Hi GUYZ,

Welcome to Whistle Stop Wednesday Videos. This week's featured engine is a blast from the past, 1998 to be exact, Lionel TMCC NYC Mohawk. It has a big honking AC Pulmore motor, puffing smoke unit and a nice sound system. Hope you enjoy a look from the past, of this nice running engine.

Hi GUYZ,

One thing I forgot to mention in the video was if you own one of these engines and haven’t used it in a while, take the time to open it up and look at the grease.  My grease was white and hard.  Took about an hour to get all the old stuff out and degrease it adding new red and tacky grease.  It did make a difference in the running of this engine.  I also did drill out the puffer smoke unit and added new packing in the bowl, and take off the sock around the resistor.  Still using the 27 ohm resistor, looking for a 20 ohm one.
