Who has the Weaver B&O Wagontop Boxcar molds, the PRR B60b molds and the PRR H-30 molds?

If my memory is correct, and it may NOT be, since those specific pieces were manufactured in China, I though Atlas O purchased the manufacturing rights to that former Weaver tooling.

I heard also that the models made in China went to Atlas and the ones done in USA went to Lionel.    

And Atlas O has announced a run of the Troop cars too!

Atlas did buy the Weaver foreign tooling, which includes the wagon tops and the H30 hoppers. I imagine this would also include the brass structures and sand tower.
