If anyone is going, please let me know when, as I'd love to say hello to you there. (I can't be the only 3-rail O nut in Holland.)

If I had a clue about what you're talking about, I'd be delighted to say hi. Best I can say is I'll be at the TCA Eastern meet at York Pa next week.
Gilly
OK I Googled it http://www.eurospoor.nl/du/bezoek/data.html The TCA meet @ York is 10/18-20. If you can, take and post some pictures. We'd love see it.
Nicole, you might be. I think I'm the only one in Maui. Don
Sadly I won't be there Gilly, otherwise I'd pop over and say 'Hi'.
Don, if I ever win the lottery, I'll move to Maui and help to double the 3-rail nuts there.
For any in Europe who don't know about the Eurospoor show, here's a link to information about it. http://www.eurospoor.nl/index-b.html
Hey Nicole, one of your ships is in town today. Holland American. Thanks for sending it over, tourism pays most of our taxes so I can buy more trains. Don

Hey Nicole.....I checked out that site for Eurospoor....awesome! Looks like a combination of TCA's York Week, Rail Fest, and Strasburg Pa in July! I liked the commentary that mentioned the fact that this is "a wonderful outing, not just for 'Train Freaks'...... "
Have fun....post some pix? Regards, Tom in PGH
@Nicole...pretty sure you're #1 nut 3 railers 0 in Holland..there is a couple who post video on YT..dunno how nuts they're.. This guy seem to have a blast running his 3rails trains outside (ok he is multigauge)
A nice overview of last year Eurospoor...a fair amount of US train show

Thanks all. I'm sorry that none of you will be there, as I'd have loved to meet some of you in person. It's a pretty good show and draws exhibitors and visitors from all over Europe. I may take Thomas and his remote along, just in case I find a 3-rail O track.
If anyone who reads this does happen to be there on Sunday 21st October, look out for a mad old bat wearing an orange Lionel shirt.
Nicole, I thought you were on your ship. It pulled out last night for a thirty day trip to Tahiti and back. Don
Haven't been to the Netherlasds since camping at Shiphol in 1976...is that little
outdoor village in very larges scale with an airport and all still a tourist attraction?
Hope that is a good show...

Hi, yes it's still there, and even bigger now. Here's a link to a video of it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v...&feature=related

Unfortunate I won't be in Utrecht this weekend but two weeks ago I was there a couple of times on my way between Schipol and Oss. It's one of my favorite cities to visit when I'm in the Netherlands.
