Williams ATSF EMD FP45 #110 Diesel Locomotive Non-powered

I just purchased a Williams ATSF EMD FP45 #110 Diesel Locomotive Non-Powered. It had no box. I am looking to find out its model number and the year it was made. I believe it was from 2008. The powered version was 22403. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
