I've got a Williams GP9 and a WBB GP38. A quick glance and the two have different mounting. The 9 has the hole in the nose for a screw whereas the 38 screws enter from the underside into internal bosses in the shell. I'll check measurements a little later to see if the frames are the same size.
My GP38 shell is approximately 1-1/2" longer than the GP9 shell and from a side view it appears the motor spacing is similarly longer. I'm not sure if the GP7 shell would sufficiently span the electronics and motors, if it does you'll have a larger gap from cab ends to end handrails and the side handrails may not line up with the cab placement. I wish I could be of more help but short of actually trying the swap that's the best I can do.
