My dummy engine blows its horn intermittently during operation (when the transformer is not full throttle), but still operates as normal when pressing the horn button. When I put the transformer at fill throttle, the horn stops blowing and operates normally. I've cleaned the rollers and pick ups and checked the grounding and all seems to be good. Any ideas on why the horn blows with less than full outage by the transformer? Thanks for any help.
