Williams Six Wheel Trucks

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know if the six wheel trucks on Williams Madison Heavyweight Cars that have the non-working couplers are interchangeable with the six wheel trucks with operating couplers. I believe the non-working couplers are from the older Williams Madison Heavyweight Cars.
