Caught some pictures of these wind turbine wings taking a break at an odd (but convienent) place. Photos taken near Randolph, NE at a grain storage facility.

This is new grain delivery terminal and the turbines are on the circle track used for car loading. Nice find. This branch line comes out of Sioux City and goes to O'Neill Ne. BN leased this track out for a few years but now operates it again I believe.

I believe you are correct, I see BNSF on that line frequently. There is great deal of Wind Turbines going up not too far west which makes this line a perfect way to transport them.
Actually these wings had been sitting there for over a week, I drive by the "81-20" elevator often, and this being my third trip by them (and with good lighting) decided to snap those pictures.
Interesting tidbit, the folks at that elevator have there own engineer to operate the locomotives when filling hoppers. That is another unique process all in itself I hope to capture someday.
