the title seems an oxymoron, but wine growers in the Sauterne region of France are concerned about the high speed French LGV plans for a route to Madrid that passes through the valley. The ecosystem there is unique in the recurring fog that occurs from cool & warm water rivers meeting in the valley. This fog is what helps create sweeter varietals of wine. Apparently the concern is the deforestation and disturbance will warm the river, eliminating the beneficial fog.
