Hey All,
I did a layout for my Dad's train house and need tome guidance on wiring. My electrical expertise stops at lockons and wiring up switches and lights. Any suggestions for this layout? We will be wiring for conventional as the layout with be some postwar Marx and Lionel.

OK, I'll jump in.
For starters, plan on a feeder for every 6 track joints. For the feeders I'd suggest 16-18 ga wire. For conventional only, a 12-14 Ga buss will be fine. I buy my wire from Monoprice.com.
