Substantially expanding my non-permanent, on the floor fastrack layout. Have really amped up layout with 4 switches, barrel loader block areas and 7 electrical signals, gas stations, oil wells etc...I have wires going every where! Is there a conduit material that can help me organize and distribute wiring that’ll look better than what I’ve got?

This split loom works well for making a 'wire snake'. I use them for organizing my musical instrument cables in the studio. They also come in larger sizes. Check AMazon too.

With all the things you have going on there, I would want to get it on some sort of raised platform. Two by fours and an 8' x 4' plywood top might be a good start. Then the wires could be underneath. You could still have it close to the ground. Then later you might want to add legs.
Surface-mount plastic raceway channels with snap-on covers might be a viable option. Made for surface-mount electrical wiring over finished walls. Should lay flat on the floor and be easy enough to cut to any lengths desired. Almost any home improvement store and even hardware stores would carry this stuff.
