WITIU cables

I had someone ask this question at Pat's.  I was told you will need a USB to serial adapter and the 50-1032 cable BUT in a video that was made at Brady's, Mike said they are making a USB cable that work with the 50-1032 cable but it's not finished yet.  So what we don't know is if a standard USB to serial cable will work or if you need to have the yet to be made MTH cable.

I was very specific in my questioning but unfortunately I wasn't at Pat's and was relaying the question via text but I feel the answer I got back was as accurate as what was told.  I guess we need some clarification but I suspect USB to serial will work.
