Larry, Corner Field is a sight to behold!! Yes, it is worth reviewing! Funny, I was just thinking of your planned trip a day or two ago!
What type of trains do they have for sale? Do they have a large inventory of items to pick from? Mark, while you were there did you find anything you needed?
Jim, the last time I was there was over a year ago. They specialize in new and used trains. Tom Sr. told me he can order new items. They have new and used engines and cars, dating from postwar to the present.
The huge layout is well detailed, and operates quite well.
Mark, thank you for answering my questions.

Jim, I got thinking about Corner Field, the train shop in particular. My response earlier wasn’t fair to them. Without thinking about it, I was comparing to a larger shop here in Pennsylvania. I updated my earlier response. They do have more new trains than I was originally thinking. They have a nice selection of new and used, and Tom can preorder/built to order as well. I sold them short earlier.
This place has been on my radar for a long time, but at 6 hours each way it’s going to have to wait for a more opportunistic spot on the calendar.
Thanks for the pics!
There are some impressive (and long) videos of the layout after their expansion was completed... I just did a search on Youtube for "Cornerfield model railroad museum" to get this list... I need to make another visit over the holidays... it's a short drive for me !
I see a road trip in the future coming up. Just have to cross the state, no biggie.

A couple of other great places to visit in Ohio is the The Age of Steam Roundhouse in Sugarcreek... you need to make reservations ahead of time(online) for the tour... they usually put 10 people in each group...

And the Ernest Warther Museum in Dover... I was totally blown away by the talent and genius of this man !
Both are awesome places to visit... you can probably do both on the same day.
