3 or 4 years ago, my wife gave me a Woodland Scenics Corner Emporium for Christmas. I didn't have a spot for it on my layout at the time, so it sat unused. I put it on my new layout a couple weeks ago and went to hook up lights. I discovered one was out. I emailed Woodland Scenics to see if there was some troubleshooting I could do and to find out what the replacement light would be. I expected to pay for a replacement as the item was purchased awhile ago.
They responded to my email quickly, and today I received in the mail replacement lights for the structure. This was excellent customer service, and I want to thank Woodland Scenics for that. They are setting the example for other manufacturers to follow.
