I'm tired of my Avatar, so I'd like to fly with a new one for a change.
With our Arctic Wolf "Tundra".
Thanks,

I think you are supposed to do it yourself, Hal. Try Manage>Update your Profile

I'll take care of it for you, Hal. Give me a day or two...I'm out of the office for a few days.
THANKS, RICH!

HEY SKY HOOK,
I tried it myself, but the avatar came out too narrow, not like the image on my post.

Hi Hal:
I don't have an answer for you on that problem, but I am sure that someone here on the forum more skilled than myself on this issue, can help you. Some simple manipulation, I am sure. Someone please give Hal some help on this.

HEY GUNRUNNER,
Can't do It!
I can't insert an avatar from someone else's
post...only from my own.

Right click on the picture and download it to your computer. Then create a reply and upload the picture in the reply. Then you can use it for the Avatar. You can also simply navigate to it on your computer once you save it there. That's in the profile edit function.
I updated the Avatar for you, Hal. If you would like it to be cropped differently, just let me know.
Always glad to assist a fellow dog lover!
I also brightened it up a bit in Photoshop, Hal, so it "pops" a bit better.
That is a beautiful creature.
Thanks, Mr. Miller and all the others who offered to help!
(I was about ready to go back to the old mug)
I'm about 12 years younger (age 65) in the new Avatar with Tundra.

That is an excellent name for an artic animal, Hal.
What a stare that wolf has !!!
NOT WISHING TO PROLONG THE ASSUMPTION, BUT.....
Gentlemen, you all assumed that was a real, live Arctic Wolf!
It is a resin casting of a live wolf named Tundra, who lived at the San Diego Wolf Preserve in Julian, California, where we saw him when we visited the Preserve about 15 years ago. The real Tundra is no longer alive.
My wife is a Wolf lover, and the house is full of Wolf paintings, Wolf miniatures, and Wolf tapestries. She even owned a live Wolf before we were married.
I bought her this exact replica of the real Tundra as a present years ago.

Not Good, Hal.
I harbor no guilt, Skyhook!
I came clean before more of you were decieved.
May the memory of the real Tundra comfort you!
