I have enjoyed using Legacy K-Line for getting info and finding a list of things they made, but this week I've been only getting 404 errors.  1st it was app not found issues, but now it's a flat out nothing found error.  As a resource, it's a shame to see it just gone like that.  And Google cache will only have it for so long before it's gone too.  Does anyone know what happened?  Will it be gone for good?

I find it on this link.

From DASH.

The K-Line K2780-4892RS KCC Exclusive Pennsylvania GG1 Electric Locomotive with TrainMaster Command Control and RailSounds. Features include a die-cast body, dual vertical motors with flywheels, 3 position reverse unit, operating headlights, operating marker lights, working pantographs, and an Electrocoupler.

If I had to guess, I'd say it actually has two electrocouplers.
That – listing is a little bit incorrect it doesn't have a three position reverse unit and also TMCC.
I think yours was was upgraded.
I think mine is 4912IC.
Everything indicates it was supposed to be conventional.
Nib and I never took to shell off yet.
It may have been ordered from K-line upgraded.
TMCC and Railsounds. Most likely 4.0.
No cruise. And generic diesel manual.
Strong and takes off like a rocket. I've heard adding cruise and also wiring motor in series is recommended

Like John's post says, and I've read it on more than Dash's site, it was a KCC exclusive, and it came from the factory with TMCC.  The gentleman I bought it from also said it had factory TMCC.  I've had it open to repair a factory wiring issue, and it does not look like it's been upgraded.  It was worth every penny I paid for it, which wasn't very much, hence why I got it.

Hi Everyone,  Thanks for helping me out with my A5 smoke unit.  I have acquired a few K-Line pieces recently and the K2780-4892RS is one of them.  There is a white round plastic piece on the underside which reads EOI or EOT. I don't know what this is and no manual came with the loco.  The plastic piece came off and now I have no sound.  I cannot seem to pop it back into place. It doesn't look like it is broken but it is hard to tell.  Do I need to replace this or is there a way to bypass it?
