Yard sale in Warrenville, surrounded by Lionels

Sorry, not interested. I don’t see any train stuff. But, setting up that scene is a unique idea.
Got any trains in that garage? Come on buddy, open the garage and let us see what you’re holding back. 😆
I live near Warrenville, Illinois and I saw that there was a garage sale going on there today but was unable to go. When I saw your post I thought I missed something😅
Will you take 50 cents for that???

Warrenville Yard Sale? Looks like a Plasticville Yard Sale to me.
Great idea, great scene.
I never go to yard sales - I already have a yard. So sorry... couldn’t resist. But a very nice, descriptive scene.
Can I bring some stuff over to sell? Getting kind a crowded around here...😂😂
I'll take the front and the back since there are no trains!

Warrenville, Illinois - very cool franktrain.
Mrs. 'Ski frequently says that I "Live downstairs" in Warrenville but mine is on Long Island in NY
Thanks for all of the fun comments guys!!
After the sale we all spent our profits buying ice cream. After taking this photo I realized that the interior bulb looks like a robot counter person - maybe the minimum wage increases made it come to that.

I not only missed the train show in Du Page county today, but I missed your yard sale, too, up the road. How much for the grandfather clock? I know a lot of folks in my villages that would love that Clever idea...

I'll trade ya straight up for a green PW GG1 Iron Horse.
Deal?

That must be an awfully nice grandfather clock.
My father's retirement community put on frequent yard sales. He never participated because most things were sold for just a few dollars at most. And then you got haggled. He said, "If someone is going to haggle me over $2, I'd just tell them they can have it."
Sorry, no deal, unless you'll take 50 cents , as the folks in my train world are hagglers, too

Great looking scene! I’ve always liked the Plasticville suburban split level, and had several. I’d get one now, but have no room for it. I better start that layout expansion….!
Ice cream sounds great!!!
I had the HO version of the split level house on my 4x8 HO layout in the late ‘60s to mid ‘70s. As my brother would say, “It’s a classic”
