Either I have having problems with equipment OR my knowledge.
I have MTH Z-1000 I am trying to hook with accessories. The first accessory is a 022 switch.
With my meter on the accessory port:
Hot to Common on the MTH = 14volts (I think this is correct)
Hot to Common on track common = 13.7 volts (Should be 14?)
Common on MTH to Common on track = 8.7volts (This should be 0)
I caught the problem when I tried to wire the MTH accessory common to my track common.
Am I making an assumption that the MTH controller common can be the same as the accessory common?
