I finally unpacked my Z4000 last night. I purchased it in 2011 and the box has been sitting on a table in my basement waiting for me to get the layout wired. The box was still sealed when I opened the inner packaging and there was no instruction manual included. I know I can download the information, but is this the norm now?

I picked up one at the MTH ASC school in 2013 that was fresh off the boat, it had a manual in the box.

I purchased the Z-4000 sealed in the box from Scott Mann of Sunset 3rd rail back in Dec 2012 and mine came with the manual too.

Thanks everyone. I'll have to down load it on line. The dealer I purchased it from has since gone out of business. I bought it from his first location before he moved to Johnstown.
