Hi all, does anyone make or has made a 0 gauge steam loco that meets the following criteria:
* Lettered for "Lionel Lines" or something similar
* Works on 036 curves
* Has TMCC, Legacy or Lion Chief control
* Has onboard sound
Thanks in advance

Check out this Berkshire. I'm sure there are plenty more.
Just about any of the Post War engines can be converted to TMCC and Railsounds using an ERR AC Commander. 0-4-0s might be the exception only because of the small tender.

Also the LionChief Plus Lionel Lines Pacific.

With basic TMCC, I think I've seen a Pacific, 726/736 Berk Century Club that Rob cited, and also the Junior Berk in Lionel Lines. Finding these may take some time, but they come up from time to time and usually not too expensive. I see a Pacific and a Jr Berk up for auction right now. Always have the option of adding ERR Cruise-M to these for about $150 to get speed control.
With Lionchief Plus, there's the Pacific that KOOLjock mentioned and also the 726/736 Berk. I think these will be harder to find. They're newer and probably not made in the quantities that the TMCC versions were made previously.
For modern conventional, I know that Williams/WBB made the reproduction 726 Berk with Luxury Lines.
I think the ubiquitous 4-4-2 is being offered in Lionchief (not plus). I believe dealers would have these now.
We love our Lionel LionChief Plus Berkshire #726 (and also our original postwar Lionel 726). Great looking engine and a great performer.
Wow that century club Berkshire looks awesome but probably too rich for me. Can anyone point me in the direction of a retailer that may have the LC2.0 Pacific available or at least a part number that I can search for? Thanks for all the good suggestions.
Frank,
Don't give up on the CC Berk too soon. There's one now on the big "E" for $799.00 but it's ridiculously overpriced.
I got mine for just over 1/4 of that.
It came with a nice bonus -- it has the prettiest whistle I've ever heard, just like you hear in your mind when you think modern "Lionel Lines".
Prototype? Probably not perfectly. Fun? Absolutely!
Mike
As a few others have pointed out, there is the lionel century club berkshire as well as the lionchief+ 726.
Alternatively, there is the new lionchief+ 2.0 hudson. However, it's much more expensive and is only available for preorder atm.
