Based on your question in another Post and your specific reference to page 23 of Lionel's 1999 Preview catalog I believe your particular interest lies in the 4-car Texas Special passenger set (6-29129) shown on page 23.

Given that this catalog is more than 20 years old and therefore may be difficult for people on this Forum to provide you with a link, you can see the set and a description of it just by googling the set name and item number on the internet - as I did.
