I am interested ordering some of the rectangular connectors used on the new Legacy boards. These are the ones with 1mm and 1.5mm pitch. Are these in fact Leoco connectors or made by some other manufacturer like Molex? My experience is Lionel uses the term Leoco to refer to all of their small white board connectors even if they might be a similar though not an identical connector and won't mate correctly.

The 1.5mm are JST ZH series connectors.
The 1.25mm ones are Molex W/B series, 51021-0200 through 51021-1500

Great info guys. I was looking at the new PS3 boards yesterday at Mercer JCT and noticed they also use fine pitched connectors. Would they use either of those connectors? I had no way of measureing the pitch but they appeared similar to what Lionel uses.

I don't know what the newer connectors are that MTH uses. I use the older ones, P.N. WM18873-ND, its mate WM18886-ND and the connectors WM18889CT-ND

The MTH boards have different connectors, I haven't tracked them down yet. I have both styles of the PS/2 connectors.
