2 light block signal wiring

I was wondering how to wire in a 2-block signal which I purchased on Amazon? It took me till snow melted to find them in my Neighbor's yard ( very light and  blew away) I've attached pictures I did not get any information on wiring. On one I have 2 red & 2 blue wires coming out of post. On the other 3 red & 3 blue wires coming out of post Received 5 -10meg resisters but not sure on input voltage. Was wondering if anyone has wired any of these up.
