A little loop my son and I put together this evening!

Very nice. Looks like you have a real long run there.
You're having WAY too much fun, there Jay. Who made the Pacific?
That is a lot of snaptrack! Thank you for sharing the video. I've said it before, O Scale 2 rail would take off if one could walk into a hobbyshop, buy a loop of 2 rail track and a trainset, and have it running on the floor within a short time of getting the whole thing home. Yeah, I know, I have these illusions...LOL

Weaver. Wired for DCC, but running it in the video under straight DC.
Recently bought about 15-20 pieces of new 10-inch straights, mixed that together with some used track that I've accumulated (some of which still has paint on it from the layout it was ripped out of). Hooked up to a transformer in ONE location (not one drop for every section of track). Literally took me longer to remove the rolling stock from boxes than it took me to lay down the track. Transition from tile to carpet and carpet to tile, no problem. Maybe if I had a $3000 steamer it would be more picky about the track, but this Weaver runs just fine. By the way, the only other Weaver piece is the Mobilgas tanker at the end, everything else is Atlas.
I hate that people have the impression of 2-rail being finicky and hard to deal with. My 4-year old and I had no problems!
Jay Simple fun with two rail. I like it!! cTr....(Choose the Right)
I love it
