All switches are on. Cab light not blinking

I have heard that the smoke blow has not been something to write home about.

on one video I saw the unit working very well. Perhaps I need to be patient and some more fluid.

by the way, what is the recommended

number if drops 10, 15

how often if your locomotive sits for a few days

I understand there are only 3 authorized services centers that are ok with Lionel that can work on Out Of Warranty Vision Line engines

I'm confused, I thought the blowdown was working and the main stack was the issue.

For a dry smoke unit, you'll need more than 20 drops, I can tell you that.  I typically add around 20-25 when smoke volume slows down.

As far as out of warranty "approved" locations, what does Lionel have to do with it.  You're on your own once the product is out of warranty.  I'd be looking for a trusted entity to work on it.  Mike Reagan comes to mind at TWX, he's very familiar with the Lionel products as he well should be!
