Almost 387 have pre-registered with 314 tables. 376 room nights reserved.
A lot of people pay at the door, so attendance will be good.
We really need to sell 14 more tables for this to work for the committee. More table are available, however another 14 would put us in good shape. Tables are $60 though Tuesday March 15. $70 thereafter.
Additional hotel reservations would increase our chances of a contract for 2023. We would like to make an announcement by Monday the 21st, but please don't make reservations with the intent to cancel or if you don't need rooms. We want to fill up the hotel as much as we can, with those that stay in hotels. The better we are at filling up the hotel, the better our chances of future contracts AND without banquet requirements (unless we want a banquet).
