I have a 3451 log dump car. While the pin does push the tray up, the tray doesn't go far enough to dump the logs. Any tips or hints?

Check for binding on the stationary stake side, making sure the tilting bed clears these stakes. Also the end 'fingers' on the lifting bed may need to be bent out slightly to allow more freedom of travel. Also check that the sliding cam is not binding or bent in it's bracket under the metal bed.

Good suggestions from Chuck but if you are using track voltage to power the remote control section you may not have enough voltage to lift it up all of the way. Try turning up the voltage before you push the unload button.
