Are you just looking for a new part or something else? Looks like this part is unavailable but I suspect there is a substitute.
Unfortunately, as you may have already discovered, the Lionel support site only has the Owners Manual for this set, no parts listings or pictures
Maybe if you posted some pictures of the tender truck assembly, that would be helpful.
Another option would be to contact Jeff at the Train Tender: https://www.ttender.com/ He may be able to help you and have what you're looking for.
