I have been having problems with the Lionel M1a 38056 so I pulled out the original electronics and bought a new Cruise Commander. Starting all over.  So I did put it in the location of the old command board and have the unit running on the workbench.  But now I am thinking I should have placed it in the tender????  But my big question is can the wireless tether or do i use a 10 pin?
