I think I posted my reply to the wrong post haha.  but anyway, I think the lousy $50 a year is nothing in compared to the fun, friendship and relaxing I get from it.  It is worth more to me.  And this is coming from a retired teacher who lives nicely but doesn't have the money I see lots of people at York have.  Good for them too.  I can

pi-- away that $50 a year and get no fun or friendship from it, so I consider it well worth it.  Just my opinion.  Enjoy the hobby.

I'm bringing a guest to York who has never been, is into trains, but not a TCA member.

I've got my badge already.  Can someone remind me what he or I need to do to get him in?  I've never brought a guest.  Do I need to stand in line with him, or can I just let him go?  Does he need my TCA number?  How much is it.  I shouldn't have thrown away my packet, plus the ED website is down...  Thanks.
