I'm new to trolleys and to start I bought a NIB western hobbycraft assuming it would run on E Z Streets. There is nothing in the way of paperwork in the box and I bought it direct from western hobbycraft.
1 Will it run on E Z Streets?
2 Can it be made into a bump and go trolley?
3 If it runs on E Z Streets how many 21" sections does it take to make a circle?

I doubt it since the front castings are delicate. You are asking what essentially is a scale piece to perform like a toy.
You could use electronics from Dalee to create a stop and reverse route circuit without having the trolley to"collide" with a bumper just to reverse.
Also try Z-Stuff. They make what you're looking for
Western Hobbycraft trolleys will run on D21 curves. As stated you need 8 for a circle, plus 00264 curve to straight connectors to widen the flangeway at curves. Here is my trolley diorama with D21 curves.
