TWP Poster

In case you haven’t noticed I haven’t posted any new blog articles or forum posts this month and that’s because I have been extremely busy. However you may have seen the new Roster section listing all of my locomotives with video links and that there are new pages under construction for Benchwork, Wiring & Command Control, and Scenery. In the meantime I have listed out what has been occupying my time.

First, I have new role as the graphic designer at the Elyria Public Library System where I create all sorts of posters, flyers, brochures, signage, web graphics and more.

Second, I have been busy with the Nickel Plate Road Historical & Technical Society. In addition to my role as Webmaster I now run all of the social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Yesterday I was made Chairman of the Technology Committee with the goal of redesigning the society’s entire website.

Third, is that I spent the entire weekend at the Mad River & Nickel Plate Road Museum for their 40th Anniversary Celebration. They reached out to all of the railroad preservation organizations in Ohio and I was representing the Lake Shore Railway Association.

Lastly is a sort of secret but I will tell you that it begins and ends with the letter “L.”

I finally have some free time this week so get ready for a bunch of new posts on all things trains. Remember even though there may be gaps between blog articles and videos I still post on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram on an almost daily basis.
