New friend Bob has invited me to visit his large basement layout to the east on the other side of the mountains from Maggie Valley NC. Made my 2nd trip over yesterday to run trains passing infamous Cold Mountain across the Blue Ridge Parkway and past several waterfalls to his home. The fall colors are in full force in this area and the drive was spectacular!
Here are a few pics from our session. Bob runs both DCS and TMCC using his MTH handheld. I inquired if he used the Cab1 and said 'No, I find the MTH controller gives me better control'. Locomotives here are all PS2.0
