Oh no. This is tragic. I talked to Barry a few days ago. I do not know what to say. I will need to talk to Cora. Bob, thank you for posting.
Stunning, sad news. Truly the furthest thing from my mind. He seemed so very much alive. I spoke with him just a few months ago and he was cantankerous as always. So sad.
Condolences to his family and friends. Big loss for the forum, he provided a whole lot of help to forumites over a long time.
I am sorry to hear this, he will be missed by a lot of people.
I'm praying for Cora and the rest of the family and friends. I will certainly miss Barry! I am glad I met him face to face at York!

Words are so inadequate. He helped us all always. We mourn the loss of a true friend and mentor. We pray for his family during this sad time to help ease their grief.
Prayers up, for family and friends. Truly a sad day on this forum.
A really good person.... may he rest in peace... God's Speed, Barry.
WOW, that's a true bummer! He was a fixture here, and we'll all miss his expertise. My sincere condolences to Cora and the rest of his family and friends. That comes out of left field, I didn't realize he was having any significant health issues.
Very sad news. My prayer to Cora and the family. G
God Speed Barry! You'll truly be missed and now perpetual hole has been left in our hobby. Thoughts and prayers to his family..
There are two threads about this tragic event here on the forum.
The other one is HERE and has more responses than this one. I’m going to close this thread so we can have almost all the expressions of condolences in one thread.
Thank you.
