Any easy options out there for a digital sound system to replace the MPC sounds of steam? Thanks

There is always the ERR RailSounds Commander, but it is a little expensive.
The Lionel 8152-50 is very basic, 2 input wire, 2 speaker output wire for a Diesel Horn.
The 8215T-15 is also very basic like the 8152-50, but for steam and therefor has an additional wire for a chuff switch.
The Lionel ISND boards can work as discussed here, but adds volume control wiring:https://ogrforum.com/...g-simple-sound-to-pw
These are getting a little more advanced, but have happy users:
Dalle has a whole product line: https://www.dallee.com/model-train-sound-systems.html
There is the ERR Rail Sounds: http://www.3rdrail.com/err-3rd...lSoundCommander.html
I'm sure there are others as well, but this gives you a reasonable spread of options/directions.

Thanks for the different options. I knew Dalle did reverse units but wasn't aware of their other offerings. Seems like a good way to get sound for around $100.
