Great find.  And yes, these are very hard to find because they are such great looking engines and they run well (after replacing the Odyssey cruise with ERR's).  I'm sure you will enjoy them.

I noticed you run your GS set without the domes.  I plan to do the same with mine so I'm looking for some extra cars.  Not sure what to do with the three domes I have (two with set, one factory error).  I bought the domes before I learned the GS had none. Maybe I'll keep them on "my" railroad, which already has a few discrepancies from real life.

They are sweet looking. What happened to the 15" cars?

If you like them, run them! And only count rivets when a manufacturer makes a claim

Yes put those domes on the Bay. Sometimes they go like hot cakes. I thought about picking one up but anything over 100.00 and I passed. You will see the other cars from time to time go for about 60.00 a piece...

Great cars and for a time I had nothing to pull them with.

Mike - As of Friday end of day they were still on the table. I know he was hot to sell them.

Beautiful!!  The RI Es are gorgeous.  Look like they are hauling (_!_) standing still.  I also love that Golden State set of yours...I have the 15" Golden State cars.

It's always a good day to run the Rocket.   That's a very nice train, and many of us would agree that the Rocket scheme is one of the best locomotive paint schemes ever.

Might one of those domes be the elusive 'Golden Outlook'? (k4632-29841c).

Been looking for one of those for a while (like ever since the last few cars were released). I bought some MTH Golden Rocket cars to extend my set, so while it's not prototypical, it'll still look impressive (when I get around to running it)

I liked that video! You can't beat a great looking train and a horn like that!

Emily is almost out of Hershey bars Jim, so its a guarantee return trip!

Sadly most Hershey products are made in Mexico now so just buy her some at Kroger. Yes even York peppermint patties. We all knew you would enjoy being there. Find some more neat treasures next time.
