If the condition of both, mainly appearance is the same the five digit would be the more valuable of the two. Keep the AC Gilbert panto-graphs with the engine they came with.
I am no Flyer expert, still it's my understanding that the five digit model is more desirable. I am posting because I wanted to note that I've been looking at original Flyer EP-5's on Ebay, and have noticed that a number of them have heat damaged cabs from the headlight bulbs. Apparently this is a common problem with these locomotives (based on the comments and the bidding). You may want to switch to LED replacements, provided they will fit.
