Anchoring fastrack trestle

I am using 1/2 ' "quite brace" on top of 3/4' plywood.

Should the trestle be fastened all the way to the plywood of just to midway thru the quite brace? I am leaning to fastening all the way to the plywood, I know this would transfer more noise but I have no problem with noise
