Not brand new as in "the First Year." It's been done for a while now and most likely will become a tradition for the town. Btw, the displays have increased in size and scope each season since their inception. IMHO, it's a worthwhile event to attend.
My Sister lives in pretty close by New Egypt,NJ. I took my young Nephew a few years ago so it is not a new tradition but has run for a few years. It is a nice display in thier Victorian town hall.
Lots of toy trains running around. A lot of G scale. One display had the John Bull which ran on the nearby Camden Amboy.
