We recently moved and had to break down our layout. Couldn't salvage much, so now going to create from scratch. Need to find an expert at building these layout tables, one who can help with not only the base but installation and all the landcape details etc. My father is 87 and this is our way of bonding the boys to their grandfather in a lasting way while he is still with us. So time is 'aticking. Any recommendations very much appreciated.

It sounds like you are looking for two different people. First a carpenter to build the base, the someone else to finish. I don't have a layout, so I'm no expert, but that's how it sounds to me.
