Would like to swap out 4-wheel trucks for 6-wheel trucks on LIONEL's 15" aluminum full-length dome cars since the prototype, e.g. Great Northern's, used 6-wheel trucks due, in part, to the weight of the added a/c capacity.
Anyone done this or something like it? How'd you do it?
PS: NP never operated full-length dome cars.
