The exit for Castle Rock on I-80 provides a nice place to watch trains. You can see a movie of this train over on "Weekend at the Movies" but for those who want to see a little more of the surrounding area, here's the series of stills. I was hoping for a train on the higher level track as well, but unfortunately none came in the hour or so I was there. Photos taken 6/19/2014.

Thanks for posting. On my bucket list is three days, or so, of railroad photography between Ogden and Green River. Always love to see that country.

You got some pics of the car junkyard. A few of my demolition derby friends have approached the lady who lives there is quite a hermit. Won't let anyone on her property, not sure what she's going to do with all those junkers.
