Atlas 33,000 Gal Tank Conversion

Hi,

Can anyone please tell me if the Atlas 33,000 gal tank car is a straight truck swap to convert it from 3 rail to 2 rail?

Yes. Atlas offers all the parts (trucks, couplers, hardware) to do the job. I have done two Suburban Propane cars, very quick and easy. Just unscrew the three-rail truck/coupler assemblies, attach the scale couplers to the holes in the end frame, screw on the trucks and you are done.
